Good afternoon,
I went to France on 18 August with my mother for 30 days scheduled trip, but I had to come back to Korea the day after tomorrow of that day because of a call about my grandfather(also my mother's father)'s death and his funeral. Then I'm here Korea, so I sadly cannot board your flight.

I know it is hard to get a refund total price if that is not a natural-disaster like situation and I also know I can only get a aviation taxes, but if you understand my situation, can you make my total price refund able? If you can and if you need a certification, I will surely satisfy it  although it is a sad situation that there is a certification.

This trip was my mother's first trip to Europe payed by her, and I want to do for anything if I can help her. So I send this mail to you although I don't know your name.
